Property Reports™ can be downloaded soon after verification of payment has been made. Electronic Download links are sent to the customers email address and are valid for 24 hrs after receipt of the link. Property Reports™ may be downloaded up to two times while the download link is active.
Printed Copy
A Printed Copy of the Property Report™ can be purchased for an additional fee. This fee is collected for the cost of time and materials and does not include postage costs. Printed Purchases are mailed Xpress Post and will require an adult signature to receive.
As a means of saving money and receiving your purchase in a timely manner, we suggest choosing the Electronic Download Method. However if you are connected to the internet using a "dial-up" account you may want to have the Property Report™ mailed to you to ensure it is received uninterupted.
Payment
ALL Payments are received through our secure server payment processor PayPal. Paypal is able to receive payments for Property Reports™ using a Paypal Account, Credit Card or Bank Account Transfer. Please refer to the PayPal Website for more information about making purchases.
